He holds a Bachler Degree In Management Information System from The university of Sharjah, UAE. He currently pursuing his master’s degree in Data Analytics and AI from the University of Portsmouth, UK. He is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist at the Master level, with comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications, MS Project, Visio, Copilot, Power BI, Tableaue, KNIME, and data analysis programming skills using Python and R. Additionally, Mufid holds a Certificate in Business Data Analytics (CBDA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and is a Certified Microsoft Data Analyst Associate (Microsoft Power BI).

Mohamed’s 23-year career has seamlessly integrated IT engineering, business development, and senior-level data consulting. Beginning in 2002, he built a foundation in core IT systems, mastering network configuration, server installation and management before advancing to IT Department Manager in 2004 for a major retailer. his subsequent shift into engineering companies focused on IT management alongside significant contributions to business development and proposal management. This work required extensive analytical and documentation skills, leveraging the full Microsoft Office Suite—including Excel for analysis, Project for planning, and Visio for diagramming and PowerPoint for presentations. Mohamed became a Senior Consultant, delivering specialized training and consulting in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI and machine learning. This diverse background demonstrates a potent blend of technical acumen, strategic process development, and a proven ability to drive innovation through data.
