Ms. Amal Kayed is a Management Consultant at the Virginia Institute of Finance and Management (VIFM). Amal holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Swiss Business School. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yarmouk University, Jordan.

Experience

Her career spans over 17 years in the field of training and development, during which she has provided strategic consulting services across various industries, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She has led the development and implementation of comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals. Amal advises clients on talent management and the planning and execution of learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employees’ skills and capabilities.

Amal has direct experience and strong expertise in relationship building, change management, and motivational techniques. Her work includes reviewing training standards, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in delivery channels, and working on human capital return on investment. She assesses training outcomes and identifies areas for improvement, while also addressing risks and ensuring the success of training program implementation.

Amal’s expertise in learning and development (L&D) empowers her to provide targeted training, support and consultancy, particularly in management skills and human resources. She conducted training sessions in Business Development, Relationship Management and HR.
