Education
Dr. Ibrahim Khanji is a Senior Finance Consultant at the Virginia Institute of Finance & Management, an international trainer, and a university professor with experience across the UK, KSA, UAE, and the wider Middle East. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK, in addition to a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business. He is also ACI Dealing certified and a Certified Data Intelligence Professional (CDIP). His academic foundation is complemented by practical expertise, enabling him to bridge theory and real-world financial applications, and he has delivered training for leading international organizations such as USAID, international banks, and both private and public sector organizations.
Experience
With over 25 years of international experience, Ibrahim has developed a distinguished career in finance, consulting, training, and academia. He previously held senior roles including Chief Accountant and Financial Manager at M.S. Real Estate, and Administrative & Financial Advisor at Quintain Estates & Development PLC, London.
As a trainer and consultant, he has designed and delivered advanced programs on Budgeting and Financial Forecasting, Financial Analysis, International Finance, Financial Markets, Investments and ACI Dealing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Feasibility Studies. He has also contributed to the establishment of new finance and banking modules, supporting capacity-building initiatives for organizations worldwide.
In academia, Dr. Ibrahim has served as a Lecturer at the University of Salford, Manchester, and later as Head of the Finance Department and Vice Dean. His academic contributions include curriculum development, supervision of MBA and postgraduate students, and publications in corporate finance and financial analysis.
