COURSE OVERVIEW
The course will help participants learn the fundamentals of Scrum and Discipline Agile Project Management. This engaging and interactive training will equip participants with the tools to begin implementing Disciplined Agile and Scrum in their own practices and launch them on their path to earning a Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master (DASM) Certification. Participants will learn principles and practices that make Scrum effective at managing projects. Also, participants will understand how to customize the way of working to the approach that makes sense for the situation they face in their organization and industry.
